  Great Browsing & helpful Crista/Jack/Check~out Service...excellent "deal priced" sofa/ loveseat. Didn't receive warrantee info on set/or fabric protectant data (as from other purchases elsewhere) hopefully will not be a problem

  Absolutely poor, shocking and deplorable customer service. The staff and management do not care about their customers. Have had continued problems from the get go with their staff putting dents in my living room and hallway wall delivering my sofa, nothing was done to repair. I then suffered severe health problems which hady income cut due to work hours being cut. I was never a month behind on my payments but would be a week late You would set up an arrangement date, which they would put different on their system. Constant harassing phonecalls which left me in tears. When asked for the head office number, I was refused. Never again will I go near that place, I would encourage everyone else to stay away from this store.
