  WARNING: Please be aware that this ABC store located in Ozark, Alabama (Dale County) unfortunately employees a middle to late aged (dyed) blonde hair'd Caucasian lady named "TERRY or TERRIE" who has consistently demonstrated a long history of being extremely rude, ugly, disrespectful and down right hateful to your customers. I have resisted writing this review for quit some time but after what I have recently witnessed I felt compelled to write this review to warn others because this ABC store employee's actions, (a state employee) attitude, demeanor and disrespectful customer service can no longer go without notice. I have personally, along with other business owners, observed TERRY/TERRIE being ugly, short and extremely disrespectful to your ABC store customers. Specifically, on one occasion recently I watched a gentlemen looking for change to pay his bill and she was so ugly to him that he actually put the bottle down, took his money back and left to go to the local "Fast Trak" gas station/liquor store to purchase a bottle at the same price due to the attitude of your employee. Several other people in line followed suit and put their bottles down and left to follow this gentleman to the private store - myself included. She actually laughed and said "yeah, go pay more money else where - I don'y care the state still pays me! hahaha!" I could not believe what I heard. ABC STORE EMPLOYEE TERRY/TERRIE should not be allowed to work at a state run store, much less any store where she must deal with customers. Se is simply not fit and does not possess the demeanor or patience to work in customer service. I will no longer be spending my money at this ABC store specifically because of of this "worker". As a business owner myself, I would be appalled if one of my staff members treated my customers the way she does. She needs to be evaluated and reprimanded for her disrespectful behavior and/or let go. Plain and simple, she is deterring customers from your business and you've lost my business along with many others. We love the ABC store, but we refuse to be treated like second class citizens by an employee who clearly hates her job. She does not need to work at any state run location.
